December 21, 2015, Deposit, N.Y. – Leonard Bus Sales and the American Hockey League’s Binghamton Senators have teamed up to recognize one outstanding area middle school student at every home game during the 2015-2016 season.
The Young Scholar of the Game for November 25th was Camaron Smith from Harpursville Junior High School.
Each Young Scholar receives four tickets to the game, recognition over the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena’s public address system and video board, and a visit and prize from the Binghamton Senators mascot, Max.
Participating schools determine which student is awarded. School staff, family and friends are also eligible for discounted game tickets on the night that student is recognized.
Leonard Bus Sales CEO Mike Leonard said, “It’s a huge thrill to be able to recognize some of the best and brightest students in the area and it wouldn’t be possible without the partnerships we have with the Binghamton Senators and our local school districts”.
