The company recently expanded its parts capabilities by adding a number of new positions, which include outside parts sales manager and parts delivery drivers. Along with the new parts delivery drivers, Leonard Bus Sales will be adding new parts delivery vehicles across our service territories. Leonard Bus Sales also streamlined its customer support processes to better serve our customers.
By adding additional positions, Leonard Bus Sales is better able to meet customer sales, parts, and support needs. More positions within our sales department will enable our transportation advisors to increase customer outreach. Having operations managers at each facility puts company decision makers closer to the customer and provides the company a greater ability to identify and address customer needs more quickly.
Finally, Leonard Bus Sales has added new partnerships, which not only enhance the customer experience, but help bring fleet management and cost-saving benefits as well. Leonard Bus Sales’ exclusive partnership with Dana, a global leader in driveline products, provides school transportation partners a 5 year, unlimited mileage warranty on axles and drive shafts for all of our IC Bus brand school buses. The Tyler Technologies partnership allows school transportation partners the ability to purchase Tyler Technologies’ Versatrans telematics software to complement IC Bus’s OnCommand Connection remote diagnostics solution.
